b

b is a minimal but customizable web browser built on Qt6 and its Chromium-based engine.

Installation

b depends on Qt6. Build it with:

$ make

It is also available through the pm user repository.

$ b [--help | URL]

Key	Action
`ctrl-l`	Open the search box
`ctrl-h`	Open the history navigation box
`ctrl-H`	Load stored history
`ctrl-t`	Toggle the URL bar
`ctrl-[`	Go back
`ctrl-]`	Go forward

Look and keybindings are set in config.h; rebuild after changing it. There is no start page, to keep startup fast.

Tip Sign in to Google once so it asks for fewer captchas. The session is stored on your machine only.
