**printf** is a dumb `printf` implementation, written because I was bored.
Output goes through a `write` routine in x86-64 assembly.

It only supports `%d`, `%c` and `%s`, though it is easy to extend.

## Building

```
$ nasm -g -f elf64 write.asm
$ gcc write.o printf.c
```
